Rachel Ramos
Boutique Manager and Lead Planner
Rachel is fondly referred to as “the face of September’s Bride”. She works with almost every customer, whether in the boutique or with brides during the planning process. She is also often included in photo shoots as a lovely model.
Rachel and her husband, Luis, live in Hudsonville, MI.
Bernice Strotter
Bernice began working at September’s Bride just a few months after opening in 2007. Having owned a bridal and gift store herself in Niles, Michigan for many years, Bernice brings priceless industry knowledge and experience to the SB team. Bernice is patient and kind, which wins her the adoration of her customers. She is especially skilled in helping mothers and the plus-sized bride find a gown that flatters and shows off her curves. She also enjoys helping gentlemen with their tuxedo orders and final fittings.
Bernice is a favorite with the rest of the SB team and with customers for her sweet spirit and great sense of style.
Mallory Timmer
Dedicated to giving brides an excellent experience when they are shopping for their wedding gown, Mallory is full of fun and energy! She is currently a student at Hope College majoring in political science. She is often able to help customers who request after-hours appointments. Fluent in Spanish, she is a valuable asset that helps with our Spanish speaking customers.
Tiffany Ellis
Tiffany loves to work with brides who are looking for the “Say Yes to the Dress” experience! She will give a bride a memorable, personal experience and often hand-picks “the dress” with great success. Tiffany is married to Braeden and has a darling little boy named Miles. Miles was born in Bolivia while Braeden and Tiffany were serving as missionaries at an orphanage run by her parents.
Due to her time in Bolivia, Tiffany speaks fluent Spanish and is willing to make personal appointments with brides who need a Spanish speaker or who are unavailable during regular business hours.
